Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup butter,softened
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Sift together the flour and baking soda and set aside. In a separate bowl cream the butter,sugar and brown sugar. Beat in instant vanilla pudding mix until well blended.Stir in eggs
and vanilla. Now blend in flour mixture. Finally add chocolate chips. Drop cookie batter onto greased cookie sheets with a rounded spoon. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

Looks so soft and delicious! I love soft cookies. Never came across one with vanilla pudding..that makes it much more yummy! Bookmarked!

Oh those do look nice and soft and fluffy; it must be because of the vanilla pudding. What an interesting addition to an old-favorite cookie. I am so intrigued by this I want to make these!

This is the first cookie recipe that I have seen with pudding mix in it. I've seen it added to cakes to make them super moist, but never thought to add it to cookies. They sound delicious!

Vanilla pudding in cookie dough. That new to me but the recipe and pic look wonderful Vrinda.
