  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbs roasted peanuts
  • few slightly roasted cashews
  • curry leaves, few
  • salt as needed
  • asafoetida, a pinch
  • 1 small onion 
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2  tsp chicken masala or egg masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 dry red chillis
  • 1 tbs vegetable oil
  • few coriander leaves
