like everyone else, we always look for healthy breakfast options. We love pancakes and always try to make pancakes in a healthy way. So here is the healthy yet tasty pancakes recipe with cooked oats. The proof , my son had couple of pancakes without knowing that it is made of oats.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cooked oatmeal
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 tbs melted butter
