Oven Roasted Potato Wedges | Baked Potato Wedges

Baked Potato wedges
 Easy to make healthy and delicious Roasted potato wedges and great alternative to usual French fries.


  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 /2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • salt, as needed
  • 1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary leaves


         Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash and pat dry potatoes. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. With cut side down, cut each half lengthwise into wedges. Place in a large mixing bowl.In another bowl mix all the seasoning ingredients with 1 tbs oil. Pour seasoning mixture over potato wedges and toss until evenly coated. Place potatoes on a large baking sheet, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them over once after 15 minutes.
