Banana Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
1 large piece of Salmon
Salt and spices as required(I use back pepper or red chilli powder)
Banana chips - Crushed to coarse powder, enough to coat the Salmon,
similar to bread crumbs.
1 tbsp of vegetable Oil
Directions

Apply salt and spices to Salmon and keep it for 15-20 minutes. Cover
the salmon piece with banana chips powder and pan fry in oil. This
gives a very crispy outside and a soft moist inside.
