Keep the milk in freezer adding cardamom powder for few hours to chill. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Sprinkle some sugar
on top and enjoy...
Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 of a ripe banana
1 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt
sugar, as required
1 small mint leaf to garnish
Directions
Blend
all the ingredients in a blender until smooth(add few ice cubes to make
it colder). Garnish with Mint leaf. Enjoy this summer with a cool
refreshing smoothie.
