Easy Crispy Bread Toast
Ingredients

- Bread slices
- Chopped onions
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Eggs
- Salt, as needed
- vegetable oil
Cut bread slices diagonally into two pieces. Beat eggs slightly adding little bit of salt. Heat a nonstick pan and pour 2 tsp of oil. Dip the bread slices into the beaten egg, coat well and put it on the pan. Immediately put chopped coriander leaves and onions onto the bread[do it on both sides]. Toast until golden brown and crispy.
