ReplyDeleteVrinda, this looks so good. I bought red lentils a while back and stored them in my pantry, not knowing how to use them, grins. Now I see this wonderful recipe. I was thinking about New Year's resolutions for 2010, and thought I'd promise myself to try more spicy, exotic (to me, grins) recipes, and here you've gone and posted this beautiful recipe. I'm going to save it to try after the first of the year; I think even in my backwoods grocery store, I can find all the ingredients. I appreciate you so much!
