Fluffy Spinach Omelette


Ingredients

• 3/4 cup spinach, chopped
• 1 large egg
• 1 to 2 egg whites
• 1 /4 cup chopped onions
• 1-2 green chillies, chopped
• 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
• 1/4 tsp, garlic ,grated
• 2 tsp olive oil
• salt as needed
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Direction
Heat olive oil in a skillet. In a large bowl beat eggs and whites until fluffy. To this add all other ingredients. Pour this egg mixture onto skillet, cook about 3 minutes. Flip with spatula, lower the heat and continue cooking for 2 to 4 minutes.
