Rajma fritters / Fritters with Leftover Cooked Kidney Beans
A quick and delicious appetizer with leftover kidney beans .
- 1 cup cooked kidney beans
- 2 to 3 garlics, minced
- 1 to 2 green chillies
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped onions
- salt, as needed
- 1/4 cup rice powder or as needed
- coriander leaves, few
Mix rajma, garlics, green chillies and onions in a food processor or in a blender without adding water. Add coriander leaves, salt and rice powder. Mix well and shape the mixture into a round ball and deep fry till crispy and golden brown.
