Snow Peas Thoran / Snow peas stir fry
Here is an easy and healthy side dish with snow peas.One of my favourite quick thoran.
I just love the crunchiness in snow peas.
- 2 cups sliced Snow peas
- 2 garlics, chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbs chopped onions
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbs grated coconut
- salt, as needed
Heat 2 tsp olive oil or any vegetable oil in a pan. Add garlic, saute till fragrant. To this add snow peas,
onions, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coconuts and salt. Combine well and cook covered for about 5 to 8 minutes. Do not overcook, should retain the crunchiness of snow peas. Serve as a side dish with rice, chapatti etc.
