Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies / Oatmeal Raisin Choco chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter,softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tap baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups Quaker oats
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl , beat butter and sugar on medium speed until creamy. Add eggs
and vanilla and beat well.Combine flour,baking soda, cinnamon and salt.To this add oats,raisins and chocolate chips,mix well. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely.

ReplyDeletehi i tried ur cookies...it turned out soft instead of crisp but it tastes excellent..i replaced brown sugar with regular sugar..Was that the reason???pls clarify...
