Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 Ripe Red chili or dried chili flakes.
Directions
Blend all ingredients except corn starch to make a smooth liquid. Bring this mixture to a boil. Mix corm
starch with 2 tbsp of water and stir in this slowly to the boiling mix. Let the mixture boil for another minute and let it cool down. Serve with spring rolls
