Wheat Oats Crepes | Oats And Wheat Dosa

Wheat and Oat Dosa \ Crepes made With Oats and wheat

Today i am sharing my version of crepes or dosa with oats and wheat. These can be made in minutes, no fermentation needed.I like to eat them with ghee and sugar, tastes great with sambar, chutney etc. Drizzle some chocolate syrup on rolled crepes to make them more appealing.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • salt, as needed
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions
Microwave oats with enough water for 2 minutes, keep aside. Make a smooth  batter with wheat flour
water and salt. To this add cooked oatmeal. Blend everything using  blender into a smooth lump free batter. Add olive oil or any vegetable oil, and mix well. Heat a non stick griddle and pour the batter, spread in circles using back of the spoon. Cook on both sides. Brush some ghee while dosa is hot and sprinkle some sugar on top  . Roll them  and serve with tea.
