Shaved Brussels sprouts / Brussels Sprouts Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 8 to 10 Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 small onion ,chopped
  • salt, as needed
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 garlics ,chopped
  • 2 green chillies, sliced lengthwise
  • curry leaves, few
  • 2 tsp olive oil


Directions
Remove the bottom stem of Brussels sprout and slice thinly. To this add turmeric powder, sliced onions, garlics, green chillies and salt, combine well. Heat 2 tsp olive oil in an iron skillet, splutter cumin seeds. add crushed garlics, saute till raw smell goes away. Add brussels sprouts mixture. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.Serve as a side dish with rice, roti or use as a stuffing.
