One of the popular yogurt based drink made of ripe mangoes or Mango pulp.
- 2 cups ripe mangoes, chopped OR canned mango pulp
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 scoop vanilla or mango ice cream
- 1/8 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
- mint leaves, to garnish
- 1/2 cup crushed ice cubes (optional)
Blend all the listed ingredients until smooth and creamy. Garnish with mint leaves.Serve chilled
Note : To make saffron lassi add few saffron threads in warm milk for few minutes to dissolve, then blend. Add nuts like pista, almonds and bananas to make more nutritious smoothie. Instead of sugar i used ice cream here.If you like mint flavor blend few leaves along with other ingredients.
