Swiss Roll

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degree F.Separate yolks from the white and add vanilla drops Beat the egg whites on medium speed until foamy,about 6-7 minutes.Now in another bowl beat yolks and sugar well and gradually add flour to this.Now gently fold the egg whites into this batter.Bake for 10 minutes.Do not over bake.
How to make whipped cream filling
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    1 tbs powdered sugar
In a large mixing bowl beat the cream,vanilla and sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread this whipped cream on the sponge cake.Roll the cake carefully with parchment paper.Keep this in fridge for 2 hours before serving.Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and cut into slices to serve
