1 bunch asparagus, washed 1 tbs olive oil salt and crushed pepper, as needed
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat the asparagus with olive oil. Place the asparagus on a cookie sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes until tender and crunchy.
Baked asparagus looks delicious Vrinda! A very nutritious dish. Some time back I never used to like it and my husband was too happy to take them off my plate! He cant do it any more now! Ippol ithu ente favourite aayi :)

ReplyDeleteHiii... The first time I got asparagus , I tried this. At 375' But even after 35 mins it was still like half boiled and never became crunchy.
