Ingredients- 1/2 cup Ripe Plantains, cut in rounds
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbs unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
DirectionsMelt brown sugar and butter in a deep bottomed vessel. Once it start melting
add few drops of water and cinnamon powder. To this add bananas and fry for few minuets till the bananas coated well with sugar syrup. Remove from heat and decorate with some nuts or powdered sugar.Note : Use ripe plantains only, not the normal bananas.
