Direction Heat olive oil in a skillet. In a large bowl beat eggs and whites until fluffy. To this add all other ingredients. Pour this egg mixture onto skillet, cook about 3 minutes. Flip with spatula, lower the heat and continue cooking for 2 to 4 minutes.
wow looks great and so beautifully presented with a heart shape one,such a perfect one for valentine...adding spinach to omlette is a nice idea vrinda,makes it even more healthier...and very happy valentines day..
I love it too, make it without Spinach but with Aloo slices. Looks wonderful and with egg whites, it gets very light.
