Juicy Beef Burger / Basic Burger Recipe

Directions

Mix the egg with salt and add ground beef, pepper, bread crumbs and caramelized onion. Mix this with your hand or a fork until it is completed blended together. Make four equal portions and form into the shape of patties. Grill the patties on medium for 5-6 minutes on each side until it is completely cooked. Let it cool down for few minutes and serve on hamburger bun with your favorite toppings and condiments.
