Dried Green peas Sundal

Directions



Soak dry green peas for 4 to 6 hours.Pressure cook up to 3 whistles with water.Drain and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, followed by cumin seeds, red chlli, curry leaves, shallots, asafoetida and coconuts. Saute for few minutes, now add cooked peas and  salt. Mix everything well and serve as evening snack with tea.
