Pazham pori(Banana Fry)




Ingredients

  • Kerala banana \Ripe Plantains(Nenthrapazham)
  • all purpose flour
  • little bit sugar
  • egg white
  • yellow food color (optional)

Directions
Beat the egg white slightly. To this mix together flour,sugar yellow color and water to make a thick batter.Cut the bananas vertically or in round shapes.Coat the bananas with batter very well and deep fry.Keep them on tissue paper to remove excess oil....
