Pineapple burfy



Ingredients
  • 1 cup pineapple cuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup sugar
procedure

Cook pineapple till water separates.To this add coconut and sugar and slightly roast it well.
Ghee the pan and add pineapple coconut mixture and chill it for sometime to set.Cut in square shapes and sprinkle powdered sugar on top to decorate.
