- 2 cup dalia channa daal or Pottukadala
- 3/4 cup sugar, powdered
- 1/2 cup ghee or clarified butter
Dry roast the channa daal until it changes to a slight golden colour.Do not burn the channa daal. Grind the roasted daal to a fine powder.
To this add melted ghee and powdered sugar, mix well to form a softdough. Make small balls out of this and store them in air tight container.
