Maladu-Diwali Special

Ingredients
  • 2 cup dalia channa daal or Pottukadala
  • 3/4 cup sugar, powdered
  • 1/2 cup ghee or clarified butter
Directions

Dry roast the channa daal until it changes to a slight golden colour.
