Black Magic Cake


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened
     cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup strong black coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup veg oil
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Sift dry ingredients together.To this add slightly beaten eggs and
 liquid ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick
 inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.Let the cake to cool ,enjoy with chocolate
 ganache or chocolate butter cream.icing.
