Bavarian Cream Pudding


Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream




Directions
In a small bowl stir together gelatin and cold water, set aside. In another bowl whisk together egg yolks, sugar and salt until smooth. Bring the milk to a boil in a medium sauce pan. Stir a small amount into the egg yolk mixture, then stir the egg yolk mixture into the hot milk until well blended.To this add softened gelatin and vanilla, run through a strainer, refrigerate to set. Serve with whipped topping.

  9. lovely baverian cream....vrinda..i too made this when i started my blog....that time i used fresh cream instead of whipping cream....these ingredients r tooo nice....lovely pudding vrinda...

That looks real good....I love teh new design of ur site...looks very user friendly and easily browsable.....I still need to modify it....but lazy cos it kills lot of time....well, how did u make that tabs on top, that taste of kerala,breakfast recipes so and so...I really liked it...Mahesh is doing a real good job there....i also liked the fact that ur page is WHITE NOW, THE PICTURES AND FONTS are very clear and more obvious.
