Directions

     Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.In a
large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and  fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.  To this add flour mixture alternately with milk, starting and ending with flour.Fold  in chocolate chips and  bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into the center of the cup cakes comes out clean.

  18. love this recipe as it calls for only 1/4 cup of butter. generally I use vegetable oil for cakes. looks perfect...very fluffy and moist.

    I am mahesh's junior from egg college..we have met once or twice in blore. I am a big fan of ur blog but seldom tried ur recipes. I never had confidence in baking. Yesterday I tried this cupcakes for new year's eve party and they were a great hit . Thanks a lot. Planning to try your cake recipes next. :-) regards to mahesh.
