Heat olive oil in an iron skillet. Splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds.. To this add ivy gourds, cumin powder, pepper powder, curry leaves and salt.Cook uncovered on low heat till crispy. Serve as a side dish with rice.
If there is one veggie that I balk at eating, its got to be this. I dunno why. Yours look crispy like a french fry that I might be persuaded to try eating this. Hehe.
we bengalis eat tindora in Poppyseeds. last year i got to know about this recipe and i make it often. your has come out perfectly crisp and crunchy. lovely click as always.
