Crispy Tindora Fry / Kovaykka Fry/ Ivy Gourd Fry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 to 2 cups tindora, chopped thinly
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • salt, as needed
  • curry leaves, few
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds

Directions
Heat olive oil in an iron skillet. Splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds.. To this add ivy gourds, cumin powder, pepper powder, curry leaves and salt.Cook uncovered on low heat till crispy. Serve as a side dish with rice.
