Hiii... The first time I got asparagus , I tried this. At 375' But even after 35 mins it was still like half boiled and never became crunchy.
What could have been the problem? any idea??

Baked asparagus looks delicious Vrinda! A very nutritious dish. Some time back I never used to like it and my husband was too happy to take them off my plate! He cant do it any more now! Ippol ithu ente favourite aayi :)
This is the best way to cook asparagus...looks great.
