Leftover Turkey Cutlets

Leftover Turkey Cutlets  
                                              

 Ingredients
  • 1 cup leftover turkeys, shredded
  • 2 potatoes, cooked and  mashed
  •  1/2 tsp chicken masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1.2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • salt, as needed
  • coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup all -purpose flour
  • bread crumbs, as needed
Directions
 Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan  and splutter cumin seeds. To this add all the masala powders and saute till lightly brown. Now add shredded turkeys and mashed
potatoes.( Do not overcook potatoes, should be dry in texture). Combine this potato turkey mixture till  coated well with masalas. Adjust salt. To this add
chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle chat masala. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Now make balls out of it and make patties by pressing with hands.Make a paste of flour by adding water to the flour. Dip the patties in flour paste, coat well with bread crumbs and shallow fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup or any sauce.

    I was busy with work and friends and could not write or find time to read. December is a very tedious month until holidays arrive.

    The cutlet looks super. Kalakki ketto. Your cooking is marvellous. Why dont you start a book in malayalam. I hope modern girls can use it as a guidelines to learn cooking. :)
