Marshmallow Parfait- Kids Delight

Marshmallow parfait - Kids Delight
This marshmallow parfait was made on last Valentine's day for my son. He doesn't like berries in his parfait so tried with his favorite marshmallows and strawberry glaze.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup marshmallows
• 1/2 cup sponge cakes, cut in cubes
• strawberry glaze, as needed
• 1 cup vanilla yogurt
• whipped topping
• 1/4 cup strawberry preserve

Directions

Get the parfait glasses ready. Spoon 1 tbs strawberry preserve into parfait glasses. Top each with1 tbs
vanilla yogurt, sponge cakes, strawberry glaze and marshmallows. Repeat the layers depending on the size of the parfait glasses. Top each parfait with whipped topping  . Drizzle strawberry glaze over whipped topping and serve cold.
