Brazilian Coffee Bananas

Brazilian Coffee Bananas

Ingredients
  • 4 small ripe bananas
  • 1 tbs instant coffee powder
  • 2 tbs dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbs toasted sliced almonds or pecans
Directions
Mash the bananas and keep aside. Dissolve the coffee powder  in 2 tbs of hot water and stir into the mashed bananas. Spoon a little of the mashed banana mixture into  serving dishes and sprinkle with sugar. Top with a spoonful of yogurt, then repeat until all the ingredients are used up. Decorate with few sliced bananas and pecans. Serve cold.
